School Transport Service - Academic Year 2023-24
- I/We do hereby apply for School Bus Service for my/our child and I/We undertake to agree to the terms/conditions and regulations and shall abide by these rules. - The bus routes will be decided by the school bus vendor.
- I/We, the undersigned understand and accept, considering the resources deployed, logistics planning involved the process and the bus service policy; the commitment to use the bus services is for the complete academic year.
- I/We, the undersigned understand that while we commit to pay the fees for the bus service that is provided by the bus vendor for a complete year at the start of the school bus service through various mode of payment . Net Banking, Online transfer or Cheque payment.
- I/We, understand that the fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable to the next term during the Academic year.
- I/We, agree and confirm that I/we are responsible for the obligations and acts of my/our child/ward and agree to be bound by it.
- I/We are aware of the risks related with the bus service and take full responsibility for the same and will not hold the School responsible and/or answerable for shouldering any legal or monetary issues arising for providing bus service. Parents/Students will not take any action, whatsoever in this regard against the school.
- In regard to tracking system for the school bus due to the network issues there are chances that the display may not show or may take a while, as this is a network issue the vendor will not be a position to do anything at that moment in time and this may take a while to be resolved.
- In case if the student count is less than the routes will be clubbed together. If service to certain location is not service then the parents will need to come to a specific centralized stop that will be decided by the bus vendor.
BUS SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:
- Email from parents would be required to be sent to the bus desk in related to any change for pick-up and drop-off schedule of your child.
- Email to the bus desk with identification proof details of the caretaker authorized to pick up the students.
- I/We understand that if the bus vendor does not meet the minimum number of student count for the bus service, the vendor will not be able to provide the bus service for the said route or area.
- The bus vendor reserves the rights to alter/modify/restructure any route, at any point of time in the interest of the Student and school, considering the traffic conditions & school timings.
- Shuffling of bus routes is not permitted. Students picked up first will be dropped last.
- If the student is picked up directly by parents or travelling on their own, such information must be conveyed to the bus desk or the lady attendant.
- Soft copies of the bus enrolment form need to be submitted online with payment details uploaded for the same along with student details.
- Pickup and drop of the student will be done at one location only.
- The bus may get delayed in case of traffic or if the student have been left late from School itself.
- The parents need to inform the lady attendant in case if their child has a stay back in school for any activity, so that the bus is not delayed to leave the school premises.
- The parent may have to drop/pick-up their child/ward from a certain point on the route if the vendor is not able to service that specific location due to lesser number of students on that route or due to time factor.
Note: - There may be changes in route timings and route number allocated to students at the start of the academic year specially for the first 1st month so that we can set convenient bus routes for all students who will avail the bus service, and which shall be communicated to all students.
